Compassion for Voices

Whatever your experience of voices - whether you hear them yelling very distressing or sublime things, or experience an internal voice, much like the 'inner critic', repeatedly telling you you've stuffed up or wont amount to much, you might find the following video "Compassion for Voices" a helpful resource.

Listening to and offering care to our voices has the potential to lower distress and offer us new ways of coping. As our voices tell us what is important about their messages to us, we often find new ways of working with them that meets the needs of the hearer and the voices.
